Longhorns (Texas Longhorns, that is)

All natural, grass-fed Longhorn cross beef: this could be the answer.

Longhorn beef is lower in calories, fat, and cholesterol than other breeds. If raised on an ecologically minded ranch, it contains no growth hormones, steroids, or antibiotics. No weed sprays, herbicides, or pesticides should be used.

Grass-fed beef is best: it contains CLA (conjugated linoleic acid), which helps fight cancer. It is also high in Omega 3 fatty acids, important in reducing the risk of heart disease.
