Calories Per Hour ( allows you to calculate body mass index and weight loss. It can also help you figure out how many calories are burned up in ordinary daily activities such as carrying groceries, taking out the trash, doing a little gardening, etc.

Nutritiondata ( gives you a tool with which to calculate the calories in your favorite recipes. It also compares the nutritional value of ingredients in your pantry.
