10+ Steps for Healthy Living

1. Prayer
2. Diet (greens, grains, fruits, seeds, nuts)
3. Pure water
4. Fresh air
5. Sunshine
6. Exercise
7. Rest
8. Stress relief = whatever is relaxing to you
9. Detoxification = temperance (no drugs, brain-numbing media, artificial substances)
10. Attitude of gratitude

AND
11. Benevolence = thinking of others, even offering up small sacrifices for them without their knowledge

Could disease be caused by stress, malnutrition, and dehydration? Just a question. I am not a medical professional!
