Meal Planning for Meaningful Metabolism

From (April 2013) comes a planning guide for meals designed to keep one’s metabolism at peak performance for losing weight. The information is based on Dr. Ridha Arem’s new book, The Thyroid Solution Diet: Boost Your Sluggish Metabolism to Lose Weight. This looks great, and it can be found at The author, to quote from the Amazon site, “…is an endocrinologist, clinical professor of medicine at Baylor College of Medicine, and director of the Texas Thyroid Institute in Houston, Texas. He served as chief of endocrinology and metabolism at Ben Taub General Hospital in Houston for many years.”
