Two Heart Helpers

Instead of ice cream, Dr. Oz recommends enjoying frozen Greek yogurt. Whereas 1/2 cup of ice cream contains 90 mg of cholesterol, frozen 2% Greek yogurt has only 10 mg of cholesterol and is still lovingly rich and creamy.

Another helper is delicious avocado. Instead of mayonnaise on your sandwich, Dr. Oz suggests substituting avocado slices. Avocado contains no cholesterol (and mayonnaise weighs in at 5 mg per tablespoon).
