Tick, Tock (Your Biological Clock)

As we age, cellular damage takes its toll on the body. Like all human organs (skin being the biggest), your skin goes through its own unique and undeniable aging process. In fact, it is the most apparent sign of advancing age. What starts to show is the accumulated damage to the skin, especially from over-exposure to the sun. There are steps you can take to help slow down this process and even repair some of the harm done to your skin.
1. Always wear sunscreen. 2. Avoid smoking. 3. Eat well and exercise. 4. Use gentle cleansers and shaving gels. 5. Use skin-care formulas enriched with vitamins, minerals, and herbs.
