Fun Food for Summer

Warmer (even hot) days are here and you’re conscious of how you look and what you eat. Fortunately, this time of year is ripe with fruits and vegetables, and there are lots of tasty ways to work them into your diet.

Here are some suggestions:

Make fruit juice ice cubes and add them to sparkling water or iced tea.

Freeze grapes and eat them as a chilled snack.

Blend fresh or frozen fruit into a nutrition shake for added vitamins.

Add red cabbage to salads, chili, or cold soup.

Enhance your regimen with an antioxidant-rich, dietary supplement.
