Eating for Aging

Makes sense:

 

Eating well is eating healthfully!

 

Grapes – the skin of red grapes has anti-inflammatory effect that can help slow the aging process.

 

Red wine and grape juice – same as above.

 

Olive oil – has an anti-inflammatory effect that can prevent age-related diseases.

 

Salmon – is high in vitamin B12, which keeps nerves and blood cells healthy, is low in saturated fat and cholesterol (which speed up the aging process), and contains astaxanthin, a powerful antioxidant.
