Water-Packed

To keep you hydrated this summer, note that fruits and vegetables are loaded with water. According to Frances Largeman-Roth, RD, author of Eating in Color: Delicious Healthy Recipes for You and Your Family, even bananas are 74% water. Other water-packed fruits and vegetables are:

Cucumber
Zucchini
Tomatoes
Strawberries
Watermelon
Cantaloupe
