Biofabrication = Food of the Future?

Andras Forgacs is cofounder and CEO of Modern Meadow Inc., based in Brooklyn, New York. He would like to use “biofabrication” to create meat in the future, by taking animal cells, multiplying them in large quantities, and then organizing them into tissues as food for people. Sound appetizing?
